So from morning until now
Dun dare fully put down my feet.
Was putting all the force on my right heel.

Anw my left feet is ok.
Onli some minor cuts

Then now found out tt my right HEEL oso hab some cuts
Bleahx...

But still manage to convice my mother
To allow me to go for ATC

But no kayaking for me
