So todae had NPCC training.
Was rather tiring.
i seriously dont know why lo.

Today training, never really run dao or anything.

just suddenly felt damn hard to breathe.
heart pumps damn fast.
Then follow by feeling neauseous

I tod i almost fainted eu noe.
cuz i see those ''black patches''
Then i hardly hear anything

then luckly we can sit down.
Or else i really donno liao.

but still end up bueh tahan.
Went to rest awhile then ok le.
